Ghana Premier League champions Samartex visited the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.

During their visit, they proudly presented the league trophy, marking their first-ever win in the club's history.

The delegation was led by the Paramount Chief of the area and team owner, Richard Duah Nsenkyire, along with General Manager Edmund Ackah and several players.

They expressed their gratitude to Speaker Bagbin for receiving them and allowing them to present the prestigious trophy.

Speaker Bagbin congratulated the team on their historic achievement in the domestic league.

Samartex, having dethroned Medeama, will now represent Ghana in the CAF Champions League next season.
