Two-time Ghana Premier League winner, Emmanuel Keyekeh, has disclosed his intentions to stay at FC Samartex but might leave for a lucrative offer worth $1 million.

Emmanuel Keyekeh played a key role in FC Samartex's triumph as Ghana Premier League champions.

The former Asante Kotoko player joined FC Samartex two seasons ago and has become one of the best players in the domestic league, being linked with several moves outside the country.

Although the midfielder wants to stay one more season and play in the CAF Champions League with the club, he revealed on the Sports Check Show on GhanaWeb TV that the club might sell him for the right offer.

“As a player, my focus is to concentrate and play the game,” Emmanuel Keyekeh said regarding being linked with a move to another club.

He added, “For now, management has not told me anything about offers coming from Ghana or outside. It's every player's dream to play in Europe and earn good money because, at the end of the day, you have a family to feed.”

“When an offer comes with a million dollars, I don’t think Samartex is going to reject it. It depends on the offer that comes,” the midfielder said on GhanaWeb TV.

Emmanuel Keyekeh was voted the Home-Based Footballer of the Year at the 2024 Ghana Football Awards.
