Samuel Inkoom open to big Europe move

Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom has revealed his desire to move to a top European side despite helping Dnipro Dnipropetrovesk to snatch Europa League spot next season.

The 21-year-old helped the Ukrainian side to finish fourth in the recently concluded league after joining the club in January.

His Uefa Champions League experience gained during his stay at Swiss side FC Basel will be key to the side’s European adventure next season.

But the former Asante Kotoko right-back says he will not shut the door on a top European side.

“Of course it is the dream of every player to play for big clubs like Manchester United, Barcelona, Chelsea and the rest and won’t hesitate at all if they express in signing me,” Inkoom told Citi Sports.

“I will like to give All mighty God for my life and will also say that Dnipro is a professional club and everything has gone well so far.”

Inkoom is currently with the Black Stars ahead of the joint 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo on 3 June.
