Ex Ghana youth star Frank Sarfo Gyamfi has confirmed sealing a three-year move to Asante Kotoko.
The 20-year-old has returned to the Ghanaian top flight to relaunch his career following an unsuccessful two-year stint with South African club Maritzburg United.
Sarfo Gyamfi’s progress in the PSL was hampered by persistent injuries.
The injuries even saw him miss the 2013 U20 World Cup in Turkey for Ghana.
Maritzburg this released the ex Wa All Stars winger before the start of the season.
He now confirms signing a three-year deal to play for Ghana Premier League champions Asante Kotoko.
“I can confirm to you that I have signed a three-year contract for Asante Kotoko,” he told MTNFootball.com.
“There were a lot of things reported in the media but I can now confirm that I am a Kotoko player.”
Gyamfi played and scored in the Super 2 return encounter against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.
