Italian side Sassuolo will not sell Ghana international Alfred Duncan to AC Milan despite making contact with the nerovredi for a winter move.

According to Italian sports portal, Calciocarmeto President of Sassuolo Giorgio Squinzi has ruled out a possible sale of the 25 year old in January.

Alfred Duncan has been impressive this season for Sassuolo, playing 11 games and has registered one goal to his name and two assists.

Sassuolo are eyeing European football next season as the club lies 11th with 25 points, just three behind AC Milan who are 6th on the table.

Duncan is also been monitored by Spanish side Valencia, as well as English club Tottenham Hotspurs and Inter Milan.
