The Paris Olympic Games concluded on Sunday, August 11, 2024, in France with a grand and unforgettable ceremony.

Among the notable attendees were American artiste Snoop Dogg, actor Tom Cruise, and several other famous personalities.

Fireworks lit up the sky over Stade du France as the Paris Olympics came to an end.

Tom Cruise made a dramatic entrance, riding a motorbike past the Eiffel Tower while carrying the Olympic flag during the closing ceremony.

He received cheers after diving off the Olympic stadium roof and then riding off on a motorcycle with the flag.

In a spectacular display reminiscent of his Mission Impossible character Ethan Hunt, Cruise jumped from the stadium roof, descended into the arena, rode through Paris on a motorbike, and then boarded a plane.

In a pre-recorded video, he skydived into the Hollywood sign in LA, adorning the two Os in “Hollywood” with the Olympic rings.

Cruise then handed the flag to several Los Angeles-based Olympians, who led fans to the Will Rogers beach celebration, featuring performances by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, and Snoop Dogg.

The US emerged as the overall champions of the games, winning a total of 126 medals, followed by China with 91, and Japan in third place with 45 medals.

The 2028 Olympic Games will be hosted in the US.
