The Black Princesses of Ghana held a light training session in Bogota, Colombia, on Thursday ahead of the 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.

The Ghana U20 women’s national team arrived in Bogota on Wednesday and has so far settled in well.

The Colombian Police welcomed the team with loud cheers and music in a short ceremony at the airport upon arrival.

On Thursday, the Princesses had a shake-up session where players had the chance to stretch and do a light training session.

The team will engage in a couple of international friendly matches before the tournament officially kicks off on August 31.

The Black Princesses are in Group E of the 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup alongside Austria, Japan, and New Zealand.

The Black Princesses will open their campaign against Austria on September 2 before taking on Japan and New Zealand.
