Ghana Black Sharks forward Alexander Adjei picks up the goal king award at the just ended maiden African Beach Soccer Nations Cup.
The player scored 16 goals in total including an outstanding eight goals against the host nation on Sunday. He was also voted man of the match in four games.
The competition ended today with Madagascar winning the African Championship followed by runners-up Senegal. Nigeria and Cote d'Ivoire secured the 3rd and 4th place respectively after Nigeria walked over Cote d'Ivoire by a 9-1 win.
Ghana, however, beat host nation Seychelles by 12 goals to 1 to secure the 7th place after losing to Egypt by 6 goals to 5 on Saturday.
