AYEW SET FOR BUNDESLIGA SWITCH
PORTUGAL, Oct 4- Kwame Ayew, of Sporting Lisbon is set to join a mystery Bundesliga side this week, completing the player's search for a new club.

The Ghanaian international Ayew had been linked with a number of clubs in Europe, including Bradford, Rangers and Fenerbahce, since being told in the summer by Sporting coach Augustus Inacio that he did not figure in his plans for this season.

The 26-year-old front man had been set to move to German side Bochum recently, but after reportedly agreeing a pre-contract agreement with the Bundesliga club, the move collapsed at the last minute.

Ayew and his agent, Vanio Kostov, are now waiting to here back from another Bundesliga club on Friday, as the player to bring the curtain down on his stay in Portugal.

Ghana to pay $15,000 for German Coach
German Coach Rainer Bonhof is to receive an amount of $15,000 a month as the new head coach of the Ghanaian national senior soccer team, the Black Stars. Bonhof is to be signed on for two years and according to credible sources within the Ghanaian Sports Administration, he is scheduled to arrive in Accra for the Black Stars’ clash against Zimbabwe over the weekend. He will however not be taking charge of the team immediately but would be expected to assess the performance of the team before finally signing a contract with the Ghanaian Officials.

Meanwhile the F.A. has finally written to the management of Accra Hearts of Oak for the release of their coach, Jones Attuquayfio, to assist acting coach of the Black Stars, Osam Duodu. According to JOY ONLINE enquiries, should Hearts of Oak reject the offer, the F.A. would consider Asante kotoko’s offer to let their German Coach Ernst Middendorp to assist Osam Duodu.
