Accra, Oct 21, GNA - The National Women U-20 team, Black Princess were on Friday held to a one all drawn game in their international friendly with their South African counterparts at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium.
The visitors dominated the open half, making their opener in the 40th minutes by Janine Van Wyk as a matter of time.
Van Wyk left goalkeeper Gladys Quansah with the only duty of retrieving the ball from the net by converting beautiful set piece just behind the Princess vital area to send the scanty supports around voiceless.
The Ghanaians elevated their game from recess and pulled even only three minutes from the interval when Diana Amankwah feed on a misunderstanding between the South African's rear and goalkeeper Mandy De Arajo.
The game came to premature end due to poor visibility and both teams are scheduled to meet on Sunday.
