Status Committee summons 43 players

Accra, March 09, GNA - The Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has summoned 43 players to appear before it at its next sitting at the new secretariat on Thursday, March 10. A statement signed by Mr Edward Bawa, Administrative Officer at the GFA asked the players who are mostly from Premier league and Division One clubs to report on time to enable the Committee deal with their cases.

Notable players on the list, are Robert Odamtten from relegated Accra Great Olympics, Azumah Nelson and Emmanuel Donkor from Accra Hearts of Oak and Nii Nanka Bruce and Marcus Boafo from Berekum Arsenals.

Others are Owusu Debrah, Felix Amissah, Stephen Ofori, George Cudjoe, Daniel Akoto and Atta Simon all from Great Ambassadors football club, Nii Banor Quartey from Powerlines and Paul Ofori from Heart of Lions.

The rest are Eric Mbroh from Mine Stars, Ibrahim Mugu from Real Tamale United, Peter Anyrato from Okwahu United, Inusah Mohammed and Richard Opoku Afriyie from Hasaacas Joe Agyeman Jnr from King Faisal, Emmanuel Doe, Nkadzi Dennis and Benjamin Teiko from Midtjiland and Isaac Lartey from Liberty Professionals among others. 09 Mar 05
