Former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah says he will be playing again for a new club in January.
The 32-year-old refuses to retire from football following extended frustrations of securing a new club.
The former Juventus and Fenerbache playmaker has now certain of sealing his long-awaited move to a new club when the January transfer window opens in a few weeks time.
“ I have a couple of teams that have shown interest so we would see what will happen in January. Not in Ghana but outside,” Appiah told Nhyira fm.
Appiah feels he is fit and has still got the pace and speed to play at the highest level.
“I have passion for the game, I love the game, you have to see me when I play with my area guys you will realize this guy is serious,” he adds.
“That’s me, the energy is there and the strength is there, I don’t joke with my training and I eat very well and I take very good care of myself.”
Appiah made his name predominantly in Italy where he featured for Udinese, Parma, Brescia and Juventus before moving to Turkey to play for giants Fenerbahce.
