Kumasi Asante Kotoko coach Steve Pollack is not sure of his presence in the dugout for the Superclash against Accra Hearts of Oak on August 6.

Steve Pollack who is recovering from injuries sustained in the car accident suffered by the club enroute to Kumasi after a premier League game against Inter Allies visited the club’s training grounds at the Adako Jachie on Wednesday.

The former Berekum Chelsea went there to encourage his players and the other staffs as they regroup for the Ghana Premier League.

Their game against Accra Hearts of Oak has been scheduled for August 6th and the English man believes the team will be ready for that game but was unsure if he will be on the bench.

“I’m not going to be on the bench for that game, my mind is not actually on that game, my mind is to make sure players are physically and mentally prepared for that game and then before the game my mind will go on to that game,” he told Happy FM.

“But, no I definitely don’t think I will be on the bench for that game but it doesn’t matter. I believe in my players, I have faith in them and when I ask them to do something they will go on to the pitch and do it,” he added.
“I believe we will get a good result and we will get a lot of supporters for that game.”

The Porcupine Warriors will have two outstanding games and will play WAFA after engaging rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.

Meanwhile, the Premier League Board has confirmed a one month break for the Ghana Premier League.
