Medeama SC striker Abass Mohammed has ended his contract with the Mauves and Yellows. Ghanasportsonline.com can report.
The attacker became a free agent after refusing to extend his deal with the Ghana Super Cup Champions.
The situation means the 24-year-old can join any Club of his choice without the interference of Medeama.
Medeama SC suspended the player after he failed to report for the team’s preseason training exercise.
Abass was the lead man for the Takwa-based Club last season scoring a couple of goals for the Club in the Ghana Premier League and the CAF Confederations Cup.
His two goals for Medeama in the 2-0 win over Memalodi Sundowns at the Essipong Stadium helped the Club to qualify to the Group stage of the Confederations Cup.
