• Participating clubs which are yet to pay fines and other penalties imposed during the sub-zonal league shall pay up before kick-off, or face disciplinary action according to the FA Regulations.

• Participating clubs shall sign an undertaking to abide by the rules of the league before kick-off.

• The club whose name appears first is the home team. In the event of a clash of colours, the away team shall change its colours in accordance with the GFA Regulations. Away teams are therefore to attend pre-match meeting with two sets of jerseys of contrasting colours.

• No registration of players will be permitted after the first match.

• Pre-match meetings shall be held at 11.00 a.m. Reporting time is 2.30 p.m. and kick-off is 3.00 p.m.

• A match rained off or postponed for any reason shall be played within 24 hours in conformity with clause (2) of Article 13.

• All protests shall be handled by GFA's Disciplinary Committee with dispatch. Clubs are to ensure submission of protests, if any, to the GFA within the stipulated time (48 hrs) after payment of the requisite fee.

• Red and Yellow cards earned in the sub-zonal leagues are inapplicable for the sub-middle league. Participating clubs start on a clean slate.

• A flat gate fee of ?5,000 shall be charged at all venues. • Gate proceeds for each match will be shared equally between participating clubs after deductions for organisational expenses. Participating clubs are therefore to assist in the manning of the gates during their matches.
