Ghana international Sulley Muntari has hinted his willingness to return to the Black Stars team.
The 32-year-old is currently serving a suspension from the National team for an alleged misconduct in the Black Stars camp.
The former AC Milan and Inter-Milan midfielder was said to have been involved in a burst-up with the management of the Black Stars team during the team’s 2014 FIFA World Cup campaign in Brazil.
Muntari says he misses playing for the Black Stars after years away from the team.
“I miss playing for the Black Stars. We made the Black Stars what it is today. And I love representing my nation,” he told Starr FM.
“I always enjoyed playing for the National team and as you know it is an honour playing for your National team so I really miss playing for the Black Stars.”
The midfielder last played for Ghana in a FIFA World Cup match against Germany in 2014.
