Former Ghana international Sulley Muntari has spoken about his time with Mario Balotelli at Inter and AC Milan, saying the Brescia striker will not change but has matured now.
Balotelli has often been criticised in the media for lacking maturity both in Italy and in England.
The Italy international was widely chastised for wearing a Milan shirt and posing for photos while still an Inter player.
When he was with Manchester City, he got in trouble for throwing darts at youth players among other incidents.
Muntari, who played alongside the maverick striker at Inter and AC Milan, has eulogized the level of maturity he portrays now.
“He was just a child in that Inter team. Marco Materazzi and Dejan Stankovic loved him. When me and him played together at AC Milan, I didn’t feel that he had changed. He never changes but he had matured.”
With football shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, a number of footballers have committed to keeping the masses entertained with their social media output during the lockdown period.
