Eight table tennis players would on February 27, engaged in an all-play-all table tennis tournament dubbed "GTTA WHO IS WHO" at the Accra Sports Stadium Sports Hall.
A statement signed by Mr. E.K. Oteng Aboagye, general secretary of the Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) said the tournament would involve two European based players and six best local players who emerged at the recent ATL National Table Tennis Open at Koforidua.
The statement said the tournament is aimed at testing the preparedness and the ranking of the players to enable the GTTA and the national Sports Council (NSC) make a decision on the nations participation in the 47th World Table Tennis Championships to be held in Paris from 19-25th May.
Among the players participating are Eric Hammond (London), Eric Amoah (Amsterdam) and Nana Yaw Boateng ATL National Champion.
Others are Kofi Larbi, David Mills, Solomon Akonor former national champion, Courage Nenevie and Joseph Adjei.
