Organisers have announced 10 June 2018 as the date for the third edition of Calcio Trade Ball (CTB).
The night of awards, dining and entertainment will be held at Kempinski Hotel Accra, with a strictly-invited group of 250 people in attendance.
Staged by ArthurLegacy under the auspices of the Embassy of Italy Accra, CTB 2018 will be headlined by ex-Ghana and Juventus star Stephen Appiah and a host of other current and past footballers.
The special guest of honour is expected to be H.E. Nana Akufo-Addo, President of Ghana, at the special Ghana-Italy football partnership celebration event.
CTB was first staged in 2016, and the success of that and the subsequent one has made the event a popular one.
It is a unique concept aimed at celebrating past and present Ghanaian footballers who have at one stage or another played in Italy.
CTB is also celebrating the contribution of the state of Italy to the development of Ghana football.
The Italy embassy in Ghana, the chief patrons of the event are jointly in control of the event with event organizer and chief football agent Oliver Arthur who has a noteworthy 19 players in Italy alone.
