Tony Lokko confirms Hearts interest

Berekum Chelsea coach Tony Lokko has revealed to GHANASoccernet.com that rumour of interest from giant Hearts of Oak is not wide of the mark.

The Phobians are said to be on the market in search of a new coach after Mohammed Polo’s contract run out at the end of the season.

Lokko moved to Chelsea this term and needed a final day draw at King Faisal to survive relegation.

“I am aware of the interest from Hearts of Oak but that’s how far I can go,” the former Amidaus Professionals coach told GHANASoccernet.com.

Lokko’s future at Chelsea is secure after the board decided to retain him despite dissolving the rest of the technical team.
