Ghana defender Nuru Sulley has been neglected by his club Alanyaspor in turkey for the past few months.
The defender who is currently nursing a ligament injury has not been paid for the past three months amidst several attempts by his agent.
According to Sulley, this isn’t the first time such incident had occurred since he moved to the eastern European country.
Recounting his story, he explained that his agent had to send several warning letters from FIFA before part of his previous salaries were honoured by the club.
Alanyaspor who also have in their folds, Nigerian and Guinean internationals Kenneth Omeruo and Guy-Michel Landel have excluded the former hearts of oak defender.
He further claimed that the club still owes him three months salary till date after the injury and might be forced to leave the club at the end of the season even though he has a year left on his running contract. He said “even now they owe me three months salary and it’s very difficult because I will be coming to Ghana soon, it’s like that here in turkey, they don’t pay salaries on time, at the end of the season if better offers come in, I might leave” he told Tarkoradi based Empire FM.
Nuru Sulley was called up by former coach Avram Grant during the black stars pre – tournament camping before the AFCON 2017 but was dropped before the tournament.
