Patrick Twumasi's proposed switch to Bursaspor is back on, with the Ghanaian willing to force through his move to the Turkish side from Astana.

The 23-year-old has revealed he's desperate to leave the Kazakh giants to seek a new challenge elsewhere.

Twumasi is one of the hottest Ghanaian commodity in Europe after impressing heavily for Astana.

Bursaspor are reported to have upped their bid for the striker after Astana rejected an initial offer for the hugely talented striker.

And they appear to have been given a massive boost after the Ghanaian revealed he has asked his current employers he wants to leave.

He said: “I want to play for Bursaspor. I have made that clear.

“But it is entirely down to the club if and when they sell me. I am under contract until 2019 and it is up to them.”

He will become the second Ghanaian to join the side after midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu completed a one-year loan move to the side on Tuesday.

The Ghanaian, valued at €3 million, has scored four goals so in far in the Champions League qualifying stage.

His contract runs out until June 2019.
