Former Ghana youth attacker David Opoku has hogged the headlines in the Lebanese Premier League following his tremendous performance at the end of the season.
Opoku netted 12 times for Al Egtmaaey Trablos and also helped his Club to the semi-finals of the Lebanese League Cup.
The 24-year-old has already been tipped to compete for the best player award in the Lebanese Premier League together with countryman and former Asante Kotoko midfielder Michael Helebge.
He has also been regarded as the best foreign player at the end of the League season.
The former Black Satellites attacker remains a major target for Lebanese Champions Safa Club who are eager to secure the signature of the brawny attacker.
The striker who was part of the Black Meteors team that failed to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio is also reported to have attracted interest from some European Clubs who have inquire about his services.
