Austrian Club FK Austria Vienna are on the verge of signing Hearts of Oak center-back Vincent Atinga.
The defender according to reports has refused a contract extension at Hearts in order to join FK Austria Vienna.
He is expected to leave the country to Austria where he will undergo medicals and complete paper works to officially make him a player of the Club.
Atinga will be leaving Hearts of Oak as a free agent after his contract expired at the end of the season.
The Black Stars B defender is said to have already agreed verbal terms with the Austrian side and will be leaving in the coming days.
The 25-year-old was spotted at the office of the Ghana Football Association on Monday to seek for floating.
After joining the Phobians from Ebusua Dwarfs three seasons ago, the sturdy back-liner ended the Ghana Premier League season as one of the best defenders and also played a vital role to help the home-based Black Stars team win the WAFU Cup of Nations tournament, a performance which earned him a call-up to the main Black Stars team.
