Foreign based trio, Emmanuel Ntim of Valenciennes, Emmanuel Boateng of Rio Ave and Osei Barnes of Pacos Ferriera were unable to leave Accra for New Zealand to join the Black Satellites camp following a delay in securing visas for their trip, Dailysoccerghana.com can confirm.
The three players will now emplane to New Zealand on Saturday with Black Satellites Management Committee Chairman Wilfred Osei Palmer via an Emirates Airline flight.
Ntim, Boateng and Barnes will not be able to feature in Ghana’s first game in the pre-World Cup 4-nation tourney since the competition begins on May 2nd.
After facing Qatar, Australia and New Zealand in the 4-nation tourney, Ghana will play Argentina, Austria and Panama in Group B of the World Youth Championship.
