WAFA SC forward Komlan Agbegniadan is on the verge of sealing a move to Moroccan side Renaissance Sportive de Berkane.
Operations manager of the Sogakofe-based side, George Ofosuhene has confirmed that the club have received a sumptuous offer from the Moroccan outfit and they are preparing documents for the Togolese poacher to travel to North Africa to finalize the deal.
“Yes, there is an invitation [for Komlan] from the Moroccan club so it’s now we are preparing his documents,” Ofosuhene told Supersport.
“They have held preliminary talks and Komlan has to travel to complete it [the deal],” he added.
The 26-year-old has scored four goals in the ongoing campaign to help WAFA to the summit of the table with eight games to the end of the season.
Agbegniadan has been a regular member of the Togo national team under coach Claude Le Roy. He was part of the team which featured at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
RSB Berkane finished fourth in the Botola Pro League and are looking to bolster their squad for the upcoming 2017/18 season.
