Wa All Stars player, Maxwell Baakoh has confirmed that he is set for a trial with Belgian second tier side Cercle Brugge.
The striker believes that a move to Europe will help him take the next step in his career after a brilliant campaign so far with All Stars in the Ghana Premier League.
“For the trial, I leave everything to God,” he told Ultimate FM.
“I am hoping for the best. I always say to myself [I won’t be coming back to] Ghana when I get there, so God should help me get a better trial and stay there too.
“It really means a lot for me because I have always aimed at plying my trade in Europe and with this opportunity, I have to give all my best and pray to God for a better trial.”
Baakoh scored the first brace of this season’s Ghana Premier League.
