Striker Abdul Majeed Waris has heaped praises on captain Asamoah Gyan and amplified his role of motivating other players in the Ghana team.
The FC Lorient player has admitted learning from the national team all-time top scorer.
"Everyone will love to have him on the team because he can score at any time," the Right to Dream Academy graduate said.
"We are also learning a lot from him as well, so I think anytime he is there, is something very good.
"There are always players who can come and is good that he is always with the team.
"He is a nice guy and always motivate the players to keep on going.
Even if he is not with the team, he sends a lot of messages."
Gyan, who plays for Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, has missed the last three matches of the Black Stars through injuries.
He is two goals away from hitting a half century for the Black Stars.
