Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko shared the spoils at the Golden City Park on matchday four of the Ghana Premier League.

Asante Kotoko took an early lead through Michael Kyei in the 3rd minute following a great finish from inside the box.

However, Fuseini Zackaria pulled parity on the hour mark with a sumptuous volley that found the bottom right corner.

Neither side could add to their tally in the game as the match ended in a one-all stalemate.

Both teams have now extended their unbeaten run. Chelsea are on a three-game unbeaten streak, winning one and drawing two, while Kotoko, in the same vein, have won one and drawn two in their three-game unbeaten streak.

They are both tied on the same points on the table, but Kotoko beat Chelsea to claim 5th place with more goals scored, while the latter sit at 6th.

Chelsea will host newly promoted Young Apostles on match week 5. Meanwhile, Kotoko will take on Nsoatreman in an outstanding match on Wednesday, October 2, before hosting Accra Lions on Sunday.
