We are here to win every game - Clifford Aboagye

Midfielder Clifford Aboagye says the Black Satellites are determined to win all their matches at the ongoing CAF Under 20 Championship in Senegal.

The Black Satellites have so far defeated South Africa and Zambia to qualify for the semi-finals of the tournament and Clifford says their next target is Mali.

"We are here to win every game and our next objective is Mali before we can look at other things," Clifford told www.ghanafa.org

"Our first objective was to qualify for the World Cup and we have done that. Now all our attention is on the tournament, beginning with the Mali match.

"We are not looking beyond Mali. After Mali, we will look forward to our next opponents."

Clifford was voted man of the match against Zambia, but despite expressing delight, he insisted that his main concern was a collective team achievement, not individual laurels.

"It's delightful to win such awards, but the most important thing is our collective forward match to win something."

The Granada player is playing in his second African Under 20 Championship having been part of the last squad that lost on penalties to Egypt in Algeria two years ago. He was also part of the Black Satellites squad that placed third at the Fifa Under 20 World Cup in Turkey in 2011
