Hearts of Oak's head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has acknowledged that his team is at risk of relegation following their defeat to Aduana Stars in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians hosted the team from Dormaa on May 19, 2024, for Round 30 of the league campaign. Hearts of Oak lost by a goal to nil.

In a post-game interview with StarTimes, Coach Ouattara severely criticised his players and admitted that the team is facing the threat of relegation.

"I can't understand these boys. One day they are good, and the next, they are bad. I don't understand what happened. Today was a very bad game. I'm not happy.

"The players disappointed me today. I can't single out any player who performed well. I can't accept all this.

"We are in danger now. We need more points to escape relegation," Aboubakar lamented.

Hearts are due to travel to Kumasi next weekend to face Asante Kotoko in the second Super Clash of the league season.
