Former Black Stars player, Mohammed Polo has also spoken about the state of the Ghana Premier League which was suspended in March 2020 due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana.
He appealed to the Ghana Football Association to disregard calls for the cancellation of the league season and hold until its conducive for football to return.
According to him, the league should be canceled if its continuation will distort the FA's calendar.
He suggested in the event that the season falls to the virus, the title should be handed to the team at the summit of the league table.
"Let wait because the year has not ended but let's see what the leaders will do and see if the league will be truncated or continued. If we see it will waste the time of the calendar then we stop it from there and declare those who are leaders."
