Navy Warriors and Reformers of Prisons will be in action in midweek as games continue to roll out in the 2017 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II. Reformers will be up against Junior Reformers in the opening game at 17:00 GMT before DCD Aspirants play Navy Warriors at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu on Wednesday October 25.

Both teams were successful in their last respective outings in the division on Monday winning games in rescheduled matchups that failed to be honored on the original date due to heavy rain.

Warriors beat Spartans 56-38 and Prisons beat CYO 74-63 in the headline game of the round to move to the league’s summit ahead of Ghana Police.

Navy’s win over lowly ranked Spartans was the team’s fifth straight win this season and sees the side maintain its top five position.

Reformers lead Police in the standing 16 points to 15 and will fancy its chances of beating Junior Reformers to pull three points clear off the second placed team ahead of the latter team’s weekend fixture against Panthers.

Warriors on the other hand face a pumped up Aspirants side who clinched its maiden win with a dramatic 78-73 win over Tudu Galaxy.
