Emmanuel Appoh Mensah clears air over accusation made by Kobina Abo

Management of Royal Homes Real Estate, an astute real estate entity situated in the Central Region of Ghana has issued a communique to clear the air following a circulated derogatory remarks passed by one Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo, a client who once had a property transaction with the company.

Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo following the real estate's release is recorded to have described Hon. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah, the CEO of Royal Homes Real Estate to have fraud him after an unsuccessful property transaction in an interview with GHpage.

Genesis of the entire issue begun when Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo opted to purchase a three-bedroom self-contained property an agent sent to be advertised by Royal Homes Real Estate on its advertising platform as the advisor and intermediary for the property owner, where a payment of 70% of the total amount was made by Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo to Royal Homes Real Estate.

But after a thorough investigations conducted, Royal Homes Real Estate later discovered that the land in question, along with other lands in the Millennium City sub-community was owned by 21st Century Ltd.

Upon this discovery, Royal Homes Real Estate requested an additional three months from Mr. Kobina Abo to finalize negotiations with 21st Century Ltd to obtain the official land title and complete the necessary documentation.

During this period, Royal Homes Real Estate said to propose an alternative solution of a two-bedroom executive en-suite self-compound apartment located at California Junction, Nyanyano-Dawa to Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo, which with his authorization work began promptly on the two-bedroom apartment to ensure its timely completion for use by the client’s sister who he said to be the reason for contacting the real estate for an apartment.

According to Royal Homes, Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo later decided to withdraw from the two-bedroom option and requested a refund.

However, Mr. Kobina Abo refused to sign the necessary refund documents provided by Royal Homes Real Estate, leading to the involvement of the Ghana Police Service's CID headquarters and the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO).

Hon. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah, as the CEO of Royal Homes Real Estate, amid the loses incurred by his company, has ensured that all payment due Mr. Stephen Kobina Abo have been made through EOCO, with all outstanding matters related to the property transaction resolved.

Royal Homes Real Estate by the release, intends to clarify the events and actions taken to ensure trust with its valued clients and to also assure that the company remains committed to transparency and professionalism in all its transactions and continues to serve its clients with integrity.
