Over the past few days, we have seen a lot of football hopefuls submitting their entries on TECNO’s social media platforms for a chance to score a selection opportunity in the #TECNOBLUESQUAD.
A program that is aimed at creating a platform for young football lovers to train with the Coach of English premier league giants, Manchester City FC.
The project which had millions of entries from across various African countries produced an overall total of 16 selected winner from different African countries with 2 lucky individuals from Ghana.
This amazing experience which is a result of the partnership deal signed between TECNO Mobile and Manchester City FC in November 2016 and made TECNO the official phone and tablets partner of the football club.
Entries were open football fanatics from various African countries including Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria, for a chance in for the training program.
Fifteen years old Isaac Marfo, who is from Jejeti in the Eastern Region and 15 years old Prince Ofori Andoh, who is from Mankessim in the Central Region, were the lucky two selected from Ghana pair were elated to have been chosen to represent Ghana in the TECNO Blue Squad 2017.
What we all need to do is cheer and support these lucky boys all the way to the top as they prepare for their training in Manchester City FC, as the event officially kicks off on the 24th August 2017.
