Newly promoted side Young Apostles have appointed Abdul Rahim Bashiru Tijani as their new head coach. Tijani replaces Joseph Asare Bediako, who parted ways with the club in the middle of November 2024.
The development was made public by the president of the club, Sammy Anim Addo, via a tweet on X.
Tijani will be tasked with leading the “Agya Na ƆwƆ Tumi” boys in their quest to escape relegation in the Ghana Premier League.
Young Apostles are currently in the drop zone with 11 points, having won just 2 games, drawn 5, and lost 5 in their 12 games played so far in the 2024/25 season.
Tijani’s first game will be a home fixture against 2023 champions, Medeama SC, this Saturday, December 14, 2024.
