Black Queens coach Yusif Basigi has attributed the frequent death of football heroes in the country to the game’s administrators apprehensiveness.

The nation has lost its veteran football coaches in recent times and on Friday, former Hearts of Oak trainer Herbert Addo was pronounced dead at the 37 Military Hospital after a short illness.

“I will blame our club administrators for the recurring deaths of coaches, they are not concerned about the welfare. They remain unprotected and they don’t redeem what is due to the coaches,” he told Sportscrusader.com

"I would not blame the football association so much, as numerous of these coaches are not with the national team but with their respective clubs. So I think we need to resolve this issue going forward."

"As a concerned observer, I believe a lot must be done to curb those of the deaths whose circumstances are avoidable."

The frequent deaths has left the football fraternity in deep shock.
