Yusif Chibsah won't be a coach

Former Black Meteors captain Yusif Chibsah has ruled out the possibility of entering into coaching after bringing his football career to an end.

The 32-year-old says he will not consider getting into coaching despite reading Sports management in school.

The former Kotoko midfielder could be hanging his boots after completing his deal with Swedish Superettan side GAIS.

The former King Faisal midfield dynamo was expected to build on his rich vein of experience in Sports Management by taking up a coaching role after football.

Chibsah in an interview with Accra-based Starr FM says he will not consider getting into coaching after bringing his football career to an end.

“I am already reading sports management in Denmark but for coaching am not thinking of it after my career.”

Chibsah was a member of the Kotoko team that played in the finals of the CAF Confederations Cup in 2004 and also captained the Black Meteors team at the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece (Athens).
