Zenith Bank Ghana Limited held a health walk on Saturday for the staff and customers of the bank as part of its 12th anniversary celebration.

The walk commenced in the early hours of September 19th at the Accra Sports Stadium through to the Independence Square, the principal streets of Osu, the La General hospital,Labone junction, Danquah circle, Oxford Streets, Presbyterian Church in Osu and back to the Accra Sports Stadium.

The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Energy, Mr William Owuraku Aidoo, CEO of Citi FM Samuel Attah Mensah and other dignitaries.

Participants were also taken through some entertaining aerobic sessions after the walk to ensure that the whole human body was in the right shape.

Speaking shortly after the walk, the Managing Director of Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, Mr Henry Oroh, commended the customers and staff of the Bank for ensuring that the event was a success and further added that Zenith Bank is aimed at ensuring good customer service to its clients.

“Within the few last months we’ve been able to achieve landmark achievements in Ghana. At Zenith Bank we don’t only provide customer service but first class service in a first class environment for the comfort of our customers.

“We will continue to invest in people we shall seek to be more innovative to achieve and invest in technology which is in line with our vision of ensuring good service delivery,” he remarked.

He also advised customers to visit the Bank’s new premises called the ‘Zenith Heights’ at the number 31 Independence Avenue in Accra.

The organizers also used the opportunity to cut a cake in commemoration of the Zenith Bank’s 12th Anniversary.
