Ghanaian striker Zikiru Adams has joined Zambia Super League side Forest Rangers on a short-term deal from champions ZESCO United.

GHANASoccernet.com can confirm the 24 year-old signed a six-month deal with the Foresters as he looks to relaunch his career.

Adams joined ZESCO United in 2018 after a scintillating campaign in 2017 which saw him bagged 13 goals for Nchanga Rangers as they avoided relegation.

The Tamale-born forward scored four times for ZESCO United when they beat Zanzibar side Jeshi la Kujenga Uchumi (JKU) SC in the 2018 CAF Champions League preliminary round.

Injuries and lack of game time scuppered his spell at ZESCO United as he dropped down the pecking order.

Adams had been linked with a move to NAPSA Stars after training with them for more than a month.
