Buddy, you have voiced the fact. Many educated Northerners are more useless than those who are not educated. Guess what- when the British settled down here in the then Gold Coast, ask yourself why they failed to build schools in the Northern Part of the country not until in the early '50s when Nkrumah took the reigns of government.

The British saw in them people who are to use their strength and not brains to help develop the country. That is why Nkrumah capitalize on this blunder and took the British Government to court and won the case and eventually established the 'free education' in the northern part of the country where British government was contributing towards that educational fund. I don't know if the British are still funding this scheme or not. They have benefited much than any region in the country but yet still when you give them leadership positions, they fail woefully. I will add to your excuse that leadership is not part of their attributes but rather helpers. E&OE.
