Popular Nigerian lesbian, Amara has hit out at critics who have threatened to call authorities on her following her recent post on social media.
In the viral post, Amara was seen engaging in a sexual act with an unidentified woman.
Reacting, she said that "her people" will burn Nigeria to the ground should anything happen to her.
In another photo she shared of herself, she captioned the post, 'lesbianing and loving'.
Nigeria does not allow or recognize LGBT rights. Also, same-sex marriage is illegal in the country. In the 12 Northern States, the maximum punishment adopted by Shari'a law is death by stoning.
"see bah!!!! if you ever look for me. My lovers. if you ever look for me! Do not be quiet. Do not be fucking quiet!" She wrote on Saturday.
"For everyone tagging Nigerian police to my posts. my people will burn down Nigeria. to the fucking ground. Let them look for me first" she added.
