The General Overseer of the Paradise Way Chapel, Reverend Sunshine Annaba Adam has said that Tanzania’s President John Magufuli died out of attack over his strong stance against COVID-19.

According to the man of God, it was a strategic attack to oppose the late President Magufuli over his strong stance against the virus.

He said this during a preaching section on Afro joint with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus 101.9FM.

He said, “Late Tanzania’s President John Magufuli death is an attack against the man to oppose his strong stance against COVID 19.”

The late Mr. Magufuli was one of Africa’s most prominent coronavirus sceptics and called for prayers and herbal-infused steam therapy to counter the virus.

When Covid-19 arrived in Tanzania, Mr. Magufuli called on people to go to churches and mosques to pray.

“Coronavirus, which is a devil, cannot survive in the body of Christ… It will burn instantly,” he said.

President John Magufuli died on March 17, 2021, at age 61.
