The US Ambassador to Burkina Faso, Andrew Young, has tested positive for coronavirus, he announced himself in a tweet.
Andrew Young added that:
“The US embassy has taken measure to quarantine members of the community who’ve been affected.”
“We continue to serve US citizens and support the Burkinabè government against the virus.”

There are 75 confirmed cases of the virus in Burkina Faso, four of whom have died.
Meanwhile, the US has more than 35,000 confirmed cases.
