Andy To Release ?Dangerous Weather? By Christmas

After a proud showing at the maiden edition of the TV3 Mentor show, he left the term ?Blessing things? with the entire nation of Ghana and the masses have never stopped asking when he is coming out with his album.

On Thursday at the offices of your authoritative myAnanse.com, 23 years old Andy Kodua Darlington said his debut album is ready latest by Christmas. ?Currently I?m in the studio putting final touches to my album?, he said.

?Dangerous weather? is the title of the much anticipated album which will soon hit the airwaves with 10 songs featuring Ghana?s fine musicians like Batman Samini (MOBO award winner) and Okyeame Kwame. Andy also features Ruth, Okrasini and Alfred all of whom were his colleagues from the Mentor show. Kwick Action, Appietus and Morris Babyface are the sound engineers working on the album.

Andy came into the lime light earlier this year when he participated in Ghana?s most sizzling TV Reality show and emerged as 1st runner up though he was tipped by many as the one to win the ultimate price. In the Mentor house Andy portrayed a ?root boy? attitude which obviously inflamed the craze about him.

He told myAnanse.com?s Selase Attah that though he started work on his album before joining the Mentor competition, he gathered a lot more experience during the show which has influenced to a great extent the quality of work he is about to release.

?I started work on this album before the Mentor Show but whiles in the competition I learnt how to sing with live band and how to sing in keys?, he noted

For Andy, his musical career just begun and beyond the sky is his limit.
