Princess Ifeoma Nigerian gospel songstress Princess Ifeoma ventured into the Ghanaian music market late last year with the hit tune Dependable God Vol.1.
By the end of the year, the title track had broken into the top five of the local chart, causing a stir in the Ghanaian music industry.
Now Princess is taking her "invasion" into Ghana one octane higher. She is making a triumphant entry into the country for possibly three tantalising shows.
Princess Ifeoma will perform live in charity concerts in Kumasi, Accra and possibly Takoradi to raise funds for the needy.
The visit, which will be her first, is the result of persistent pressure from gospel music fans who would like to see her live on stage.
The Nigerian musician will put up her first show at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi on March 5 and then at the National Theatre in Accra on March 7. She may then move to Takoradi for another show, that is if all the necessary arrangements materialise. Princess will perform alongside two of her colleagues, Sister Ndidiamaka and Sister Ngosi.
Also live on stage will be the seasoned Nigerian Actor, Mr. Ibu, a.k.a Wash and Wear, who will give fans some real comedy.
The musical concert, which is anticipated to be a big show, will also feature some leading Ghanaian gospel musicians. They include Sandra Oduro, Christiana Love, the dancing prophet, Prophet Seth Frimpong, Stella Seal Dugan, Stella Addo, Pastor Joe Bechem, Yaw Sarpong, Esther Smith and Phillipa Baafi.
Over the years, fame has helped Princess to build a very good image for herself, which constantly spurs her into greater heights.
One of the captivating features about Princess Ifeoma is her dancing skill, which has always caught audiences captive.
Throughout her career, Princess has exhibited a hidden talent in all her songs, with a beautiful well-tuned chorus, equipped with good traditional rhythms and beat.
Her songs have all it takes to keep hope alive and high in all especially the broken-hearted.
As part of her visit, Princess will make donations to needy institutions in the country and also donate to the Otumfuo Education Fund.
