From ?Asee Ho? To ?Odo Bewu Dee??

Borax Cast your mind back to the late 90?s and you will remember how Borax dropped a fortified bomb on the hiplife nation with the release of his classic album which was titled Asee Ho. During a time many consider to be the culmination of hiplife?s golden age. He has since then issued a challenge to the hiplife generation.

Borax is now out with his hit album entitled ?Odo Bewu Dee??which has got interesting and touching tunes. He has 8 tracks on the cassettes and 11 tracks on the compact discs. First on the album is ?Odo Bewu Dee?? featuring the famous Daddy Lumba. This track emphasizes on how a love partner is important. Briefly, Borax tries to point it out in his own words as ?for a love partner to die, a mother should rather die?. He goes on to give his reasons for making those utterances.

Second on the album is another track which is receiving massive airplay on the airwaves and it goes by the name ?Pantoma?. Again, Borax features the sensational Daddy Lumba on this track. ?Pantoma? also highlights on the way he (Borax) loves a girl and how love plays a major role in marriages.

?Onko Na Me Nko? featuring K.K Fosu and Sunayona comes next on the album. It also elaborates on why love partners get fed up in relationships. In this instance, Borax makes it clear to a woman he talks about in his song that if she does not quit, he will do so due to her unruly behaviour and unacceptable conduct.

?Enye Wo Sika? which features Tina comes fourth on the magnificent album. It is then followed by another track titled ?Meba? featuring Vivian, Nancy Amoah which tries to comfort all lovers.

?Wala? featuring Daddy Lumba and Osei Tutu, ?Menti? featuring Sweet Honey and Osei Kofi, ?Aden Koraa? featuring Nana King and Lady Vee, ?Sika Nti? featuring Shee and Grace Osei follow in that order.

?The Bee Squad? featuring some sensational artistes who have made their way into the music industry like Blazie, Bacteria, Batman, Bandana and the late Bonchaka Terry is next on the album. Closing the album is a ?Fire Chant (Babylon)? since Borax ?chants? Patua, he does exquisitely well on the last track.

Borax comes off tight enough to peak the interest of music lovers looking for something out of the ordinary. From my perspective point of view, he has gained momentum for the past years and is now set to blaze the industry with his new album. Grab your copy because this album from Lumba Production which is intended to make a mark in the industry.
