“I Am A Soul Winner”

ONE OF Ghana’s upcoming gospel musicians, George Ofori Atta, also known as Humble Prophet, has declared his readiness to take Ghanaian gospel music to another level with his current album.

He told BEATWAVES in a chat that he does not sing for money but to win souls for Christ, saying “I am a soul winner. I sing to win souls for Christ as well as educate people about the teachings of Christ through music.”

This young, talented gospel musician said he wanted to make a difference in the lives of many who want to know and follow the principles of Christ.

He hinted that his ten years in the gospel music industry has given him the opportunity to use music to help a lot of people who want to draw closer to God.

Humble Prophet said although he is not doing music as a full time hobby, he wants to develop his musical career to enable him reach the top of the ladder.

According to him, his passion for gospel music is very strong and a lot of people have been re-energized through gospel music.

Known for his unique delivery, Humble Prophet always leaves an impression with the kind of words he uses in his songs.

Humble Prophet, who disclosed that all was set for the launch of his musical album in the first week of September, in Accra, noted that the album is a true reflection of his worshipping heart and desire to encourage people to draw closer to God.

The album has songs like ‘Waye Amame’, ‘Manye Komm’, ‘Enye Me Na Maye’, ‘Tie Me Sufre’, ‘Waseda Nie’, among others.
