Gospel Musician Patience Nyarko has disclosed that she has no idea what ‘Payola’ means.

Speaking with Gatuso on the Aben Wo Ha show on Kasapa 102.5Fm, the ‘Wa Fom Kwan’ hitmaker revealed that in her music career she has never paid any money to any presenter for promotion of her songs.

But the gospel musician was swift to add that perhaps his manager pays without her knowledge.

“What is payola, I don’t know anything about it. I think my manager might have been paying but i have no idea about it.” She told Gatuso.

Payola, in the music industry, is the illegal practice of payment or another inducement by musicians for the promotion of their songs on the commercial radio in which the song is presented as being part of the normal day’s broadcast.

Patience Nyarko in spite of all the sexual affair controversies with her manager has been amazing after she released her latest song ‘Obi Nyanime’ which features Bro. Sammy, few months after she dropped her third album Atigya.
