Last Words Of Mr. A. A. A Now On CD

Akwasi Ampofo Adjei
?I wish to appeal to every one who I might have offended one way or the other during my stay on earth to forgive me for every thing I might have done wrong against them?. These among others were the words of the music genius, Akwasi Ampofo Adjei, popularly known in music circles as Mr. A. A. A or Dada Thick on his last highlife album, ?Me Last?.

As if he knew he was about to kick the bucket, Mr. A. A. A also took the opportunity to bid farewell to all his church members at Ashanti Mampong, his hometown as well as all his loved ones across the length and breadth of the globe. This track, ?Me Last?, which incidentally is the title track of the album, comes with other 10 wonderful tracks stuffed with well composed lyrics, probably recorded by the music teacher, to leave behind his last inspiring message or his fans, has now been captured on CD and is currently out on the market.

The 10-track CD album has Mr. Samuel Yaw Amoafo as its executive producer and Prophet Ventures Worldwide, with offices at Kantamanto cassettes market as its sole distributor. ?Me Hwe Woa? is a piece, which was played with a hiphop rhythm with a lot of keyboard and guitar works.

The piece was dedicated to marriage couples, urging them to be patient to their relationshipships.

Another track, ?God is Wonderful?, was sang by the musician (deceased) to the glory of the almighty God for saving his life from the shackles of death; that was when he admitted at the 37 Military hospital about a year ago, after which hw met his untimely death on his way to Kumasi some three months ago.

The writer was bathed with ghost pimples all over his body when he first listened to this album, specially the title ?Me Last?. To understand or feel exactly what the writer is driving at, just grab a copy of the CD from any cassette shop in the country.
